The PaymentNet website for the Chase Visa travel card will be upgraded from version 3.0 to version 4.0. Due to this upgrade, the PaymentNet website will be unavailable from 6pm on June 17th and until 8am on June 20th.
As part of this upgrade, Chase is improving the performance of PaymentNet and also introducing robust security features. All transaction history and statements will continue to be available in PaymentNet after the upgrade.
IMPORTANT LOGIN INFORMATION:
- Effective June 20, 2011, the website for PaymentNet will be: http://www.paymentnet.jpmorgan.com. Please bookmark it in your browser. The organization ID will continue to be UNDCARD.
- Once the upgrade is complete, you will receive two emails from Chase. One that will have your Login User ID and the other with your default password. The emails will be sent from the address email@example.com, so please check your Junk folders in Outlook carefully. On your first login, you will be prompted to reset the password and also setup your Authentication Questions that will be used to help verify your identity in the event you forget your user ID or password during future logons.
