Approve or Reject Expense Reports
The steps to approve an expense report are the same whether it is a personal reconciliation expense report, a travel or meeting card expense report, or a procard expense report. You will receive a system-generated email when an expense report has been submitted for your approval. Click the link in the email or sign in to Concur, select approvals, and click on the appropriate report. Be thorough and check for all appropriate information before approving. If there are issues that need to be addressed you can select reject and enter comments that will go back to the submitter. Once approved the report will go to compliance to ensure that the report contains necessary information and follows University T&E Policy.
