Canceling Reservations

Airlines

Concur-If airline flights have been made through Concur then the reservation can be canceled within the Concur system.  Note, if the traveler booked Southwest through Concur the traveler would still need to contact Anthony Travel.  Southwest always has to be cancelled directly with the carrier.

Anthony Travel-If airline flights have been made through Anthony travel then Anthony travel would need to be contacted in the event an airline trip needs to be cancelled.

Out of program (Expedia, Pricline, American, etc)-If your airline reservations were booked outside of Concur or Anthony travel it is the responsibility of the traveler to cancel with that particular 3rd party and it is the traveler’s responsibility to keep track of any unused tickets.

***Anthony travel can cancel/void tickets if the reservation is less than 24 hours old.  This means the funds are put back on the credit card used.  The cancellation needs to happen within 24 hours.  Exceptions can apply over weekends or holidays.  Please contact Anthony Travel for more information.

 

Hotel

Concur-If hotel reservations were booked in Concur you can simply cancel the reservation within the Concur tool.

Anthony Travel-If booked directly with Anthony Travel, contact them to cancel the booking.

Outside bookings-If booked outside the system, it is the traveler’s responsibility to cancel and keep track of their own bookings.

***Please be aware of the nonrefundable hotel rates as those rates are considered and instant purchase and regardless of cancelling the traveler will still incur the cost.

 

Car

Concur-If car reservations were booked in Concur you can simply cancel the reservation within the Concur tool.

Anthony Travel-If booked directly with Anthony Travel, contact them to cancel the booking.

Outside bookings-If booked outside the system, it is the traveler’s responsibility to cancel and keep track of their own bookings.

 ***Car rentals are booked without a credit card unless a nonrefundable rate is purchased.

 

All other trip cancellations should be handled directly with the vendor.  Please contact TravelND or Anthony Travel if you need assistance determining the best course of action to cancel a reservation.
