The “UND Detailed Report” in Concur has been enhanced to include a section for the various FOAPAL’s used in the expense report. The enhancement affects old and new expense reports so you can view any expense report to see the FOAPAL allocation section. This section will list all FOAPAL’s used on the expense report and it will summarize like expenses. So, if a report has two expenses for meals (under the same expense type), then it will sum the two and display the total.
Also, the listing of expense detail has been modified to sort by transaction date (in descending order) and then by expense type. We feel that this sort order should naturally fit the user’s need as they recall the expenses day-by-day.
