Offering discounts on both National Car Rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Holdings has been selected as the University’s preferred supplier for car rental services. Highlights of the contract include discounted rates, young renter concessions, status matching from competitor’s rewards programs, discount on GPS, reduced city surcharges, and discounted one-way rates.

As part of our agreement, effective December 1, 2010, University employees may enroll in National’s frequent renter program, Emerald Club, at no charge.  This service provides exclusive benefits and privileges to make renting faster and easier, and make business travel more productive.  The expedited rental services offered to Emerald Club members are specific to rentals with the National Car Rental brand.  When renting at an Enterprise location, you may use your Emerald Club member number to simplify the rental process at the counter.

University employees may take advantage of this contract for business and leisure travel needs. Please note that the University insurance coverage applies only to business related rentals in the United States.
