Allocations

In Travel ND, allocating refers to the assigning, changing or splitting of a FOAPAL assigned to an expense.  This allows the user to allocate portions (based on percentage or amount) of one expense to multiple FOAPALs.  This is used for many reasons but one example is when a meal expense includes alcohol.  The alcohol may need to be allocated to a different FOAPAL to avoid limitations with restricted funds.
